What to Wear & Expect Cranio Sacral Sessions are a light touch therapy applied through comfortable and thin clothing. Take time to center with an intention for your session. Be prepared to leave in a slightly altered state, with a few hours of relaxed and non-triggering settings/situations after the session. The studio is in a residential home also with an on-site cat. On street parking is easily accessible.
